3/30/2011 bought a new KOHLER TOILET at Home Depot.

I had it installed and everything work fine for about 30 days.

I notice noise coming from it and I removed the tank cover the water fill valve shot up into the air. I contacted Kolher told them problem. I said;This toilet is defective needs to be replaced it is only 30days old. They refused to replace it. Instead sent the water valve to be replace MY ME. Now I have hire a plumber again and pay another $85.00.

DO NOT BUY KOHLER PRODUCTS. THERE PRODUCTS/SERVICE ***. 128b96e

Also, the fill valves in Kohler toilets are made by a company called Fluid Master. Kohler only designs the product. Kohler has a 1 year warranty on their toilets, but no manufacturer covers labor.

Why in he11 did you call Kohler instead of Home Depot? Did you actually think Kohler was going to sent someone from the factory to replace the valve, Nimrod?
