Will be 8 months and still haven't received order

Update: it will be 8 months in May and I have not received the rest of my order. What a sham...DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH KOHLER!!!

On September 1st I placed a large order to remodel master bathroom. I decided to go with my 2nd favorite finish because I was told titanium would take longer to receive and I wanted my bathroom done before Christmas. Jan 1st will be 4 months and I have not received the most important pieces, valve trim or bath filler. After numerous complaints, I got a call they would send me temporary open box pieces so I could have a functional bathroom until my pieces arrive.

They even sent a small gift. Sadly, my contractor came out to my house to install the day before Christmas Eve and nothing fits or pieces are missing. So now I've incurred expenses on pieces that do not fit.

Called the store and they don't have it either. I'm having a blue Christmas thanks to Kohler!

We purchased a Grasshopper 3000 series for our growing lawn care business. Mowervwas in ship 16 times for exact same engine issues.

Mowing wide open, engine backfires and begins to die. Hurry and get on trailer if possible because it stops running in seconds andvwill not start back up. We lost a huge amount of clients. Our new Grasshopper never noted linger than a week at a time then back in shop for two to three weeks!

No one could figure out why the engine would fo this. Kohler sent specialists rebuild engine twice ground up. Never solved thr issue. Now dealer treated us like gum on his shoe because he was sick of the mower issues, which is an issue in it self.

Kohler knew that enginecwa junk and an issue. THEY STOPPED MANUFACTURUNG IT THAT YEAR AFYER JOHN DEERE ANNOYNCED NEVER PUTTING KOHLER ENGINES ON THEIR MACHINES AGAIN...GUESS WHY? Kohler , we are small only buy one or two mowers each purchase.

We don't matter, so let John Deers actions speak for us as well. .It's not that you made junk engine, it's how you handled what it caused and how it affected your customers business ...We learned the very hard way...Kohler is not honest and their word means nothing...Kawasaki or Vanguard engines only!

Defective Faucet & No Help From Kohler
We bought a high-end kitchen sink faucet from Kohler and it failed several times before we replaced it at our cost. We tried and spent many hours trying to get Lowes or Kohler involved in fixing the lifetime-guaranteed faucet. We filed with the BBB after not getting the parts Kohler promised to send. They even claimed through the BBB they were going to fix the issue and never did. We went without a working kitchen sink faucet for close to a month before we bought a new faucet from Amazon with an extra warranty. We will not be doing business with Kohler anymore!

After the 1st day usage, three defects observed in my bathroom for Kohler's products. I have only one single bathroom-cum-toilet.

Defect-1) the Critical Design Defect impacting the health hygiene shared with Kohler team in India in October 2023.

It was regarding Kohler Vive wallhug WC rimless model. Also the rectangular pneumatic flush button plate is a defective product.Considering its health impact, Kohler was requested to discontinue this particular model immediately. Kohler India has replaced it with its Presquile model but the height of WC is now reduced by 1.5 inches. But the Kohler India in its customer unfriendly response dated Feb 3, 2024 to my escalation says "01 WC ( Model : 28780IN-0) was replaced after you have complaint about the design & convenience of usage.

Though it is a personal opinion, however on your request we replaced the WC with model of your choice."

Defect-2) In Jan'24 on inspection by Kohler India's technical associate, it was found that the consistent leakage problem in the WC has been due to the crack noticed in the Cistern tank which is concealed behind the wall tiles. The part number is 26351IN-P-NA . However Kohler India in its arrogant response dated Feb 3, 2024 to my escalation falsely mentions "Please note the damage found on product 26351IN-P-NA is suspected due to some external reason" .

Defect-3) 23975IN-4ND-CP wall mount basin faucet is giving Hot & Cold water in reverse way. Hot towards right and Cold towards left.

On Kohler technical team's goahead, the complete tiling work in the bathroom was performed in October 2023. In fact it was Kohler's senior technical associate who asked my Plumber to reverse the Diverter behind the wall. But the Kohler India in its response dated Feb 3, 2024 to my escalation says "We also observed and guided you 01 Lav faucet wrongly installed by your plumber, with respect to Hot & Cold connections."

Kohler India is not able to understand the impact of corrections for the above defects. Now, designer tiles would have to be broken , standby WC to be installed in a different bathroom .

Kohler India is only looking at excuses and still not admitting its fault.

To resolve and settle the matter Kohler India has to bear all the expenses for setting right its above mentioned defective products installed . It has caused immense stress , inconvenience and disturbance for me and my family. Kohler India needs to refund back the money that I have paid for these defective products including their accessories in October 2023 .

I am highly dissatisfied with Kohler as the company which lacks in Quality and customer care.

The senior management team at Kohler India works like a small business and only try to put blame on their customers. Its sales and service team are irresponsive that establishes Kohler India as a non-agile company which is only sale focussed

Further to add to my Original review dated Jan 11, 2024 on the three issues faced since the beginning of installtion of Kohler's products in my one bathroom : 1) Defective badly designed Vive rimless WC is now replaced by Kohler India with Presquile model. My 93 year old mom has a Kohler kitchen faucet. Asked for an o ring to fix leak. They sent. Plumber said she needed a new faucet. Called and they researched and have sent new faucet that works with her decor & her space. Grateful for the support & patients from customer support.

I putchased a Kohler toilet from my local home depot and none of the tank bolts, gaskets or nuts were included. I also bout an entire shower kit and it did not include a shower cartridge that goes in the wall. Not a happy customer.

Toilet flooded my bathroom

Bought a Kohler toilet for my newly remodeled bathroom. The hose in the back popped off, flooded my new remodeling bathroom. I contacted Kohler, they wouldn't do anything about it. I didn't even install myself, it was an actual plumber. My bathroom ended up costing way more than it should have. PLEASE DO NOT BUY KOHLER PRODUCTS. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE...

We had a similar issue with our Kohler kitchen sink faucet and they never did fix it. We ate the entire cost of the faucet and install/removal. Horrible customer service.

Need a part for faucet

Bad Kohler reps

Usa bath in sacramento is a very bad company to represent Kohler. They are veryanxious for yopur business but very bad for customer service after the sale. They did not return our phone calls many times.Someone was in a "meeting",AND WOULD NOT RETURN CALLS after leaving messages.When my contractor for the remodel neede help with construction questions placememt of drains,etc. he got wrong info and cost much to repair when installer came.n y
